Coachability is the skill that multiplies every other leadership capability. It's what accelerates your ability to grow, and adapt.

About the Service

2-hour, 4-hour, or 6-hour workshop. Each participant gets the chance to bring their Coachability assessment results to life and understand how their coachability impacts their role, their team, and the organisation.

Key Results:

​Each participant will develop action plans on how they can leverage their coachability strengths and determine what coachability opportunity areas they can better activate and engage to operate in highly coachable ways.

Three key themes run through the programme, each developing a vital set of skills needed to lead teams successfully:

Strategic Self-Awareness: Get feedback on your coachability and personality that gives a unique insight into who you are impacts how you lead. Think of it like a 360 assessment on your personality and coachability. Reputation matters.

Teams: Learn about the behaviours needed to build a supportive team environment. One that builds effective followership and develops your awareness to successfully manage conflict.

Delivering results: Build a skill set to get results through others through team improvement activities, leadership simulations, coaching skills training, influencing, and action planning. ​
